OUR DEPOSIT AND REFUND POLICY A $400 DEPOSIT PER ROOM, for a 6-7 day stay is required within 10 days after the reservation is made. For a 4-5 day stay: $300 deposit; 2-3 day stays: $200 deposit; Bed & Breakfast deposit: 1 night. Sorry, no reservation will be held without a deposit. For Ski Season Reservations, a 60-day cancellation notice is required in writing for a refund of deposit, less a 10% service charge. A 10% service fee is charged for any reservations that are canceled. Once we and guest have confirmed length of stay, if a late arrival, early departure or cancellation occurs, we will charge for the entire period agreed upon. If you anticipate any of these conditions, please let us know as a far in advance as possible and we will make every effort possible to re-rent the space.
