OUR DEPOSIT AND REFUND POLICY A $400 DEPOSIT PER ROOM, for a 6-7 nights. $300 for 4 & 5 nights, $200 for 2 & 3 nights, $100 for 1 night. Bed & Breakfast deposit: 1 night deposit. For Ski Season Reservations, a 60-day cancellation is required for a refund of deposit, less a service charge. A 10% service fee is charged for any reservations that are canceled. In summer and early and late ski season, we are a B & B.
